“An honest 5 stars, I grew up with this place and I love it every time to this day. I still go here after church sometimes and it never fails to impress me. The hot chocolate is wonderful here and the steak and eggs is well made too. Always recommend, love it.”

“First time visitor. Was up extremely pleased with the food and service. Had the Florentine Eggs Benedict and it was delicious, had spinach instead of ham which is a veggie option. Without a doubt one of the best eggs Benedict I've had.”

“This is one of my favorite breakfast places. The Avocado Toast is so good , I go to another breakfast place once in awhile but the omelette factory has way better Avocado toast ( in my opinion). We have also had the specials quite a few time and they are excellent too.”

“Friendly and fast service. The food was a surprise hit for me, had soooo much flavor and great portion sizes!! Had the crunchy French toast which was an instant love and the flavorful south Baja omelette with sausage added. Had to get it to go last minute but it was still hot when I reached my destination 15 minutes later”

“There are times I would drive from Chula Vista (and I don’t mind it at all) just to have breakfast here and the whole entire staff, especially the waitresses/waiters and Tracy are very friendly, kind and welcoming. Breakfast was very delicious and especially the veggie omelette is one of the best from all the restaurants I ate breakfast at all around the San Diego County. I’m so looking forward to returning there just to have breakfast.”

“This was my first time at the Omelette Factory and it won't be my last. Everything was delicious and hearty. I ordered the Highway 52 Omelette as well as the French Toast. The omelette was cooked well and the hash browns had a nice crispy crunch. The French Toast was equally as well made. The restaurant was clean, organized, and pleasant. My server was Mary, she did an amazing job! I had an overall great experience for breakfast. It's a solid spot to eat a good meal in Santee. Eat up!!!”

“The Omelette Factory surpasses any restaurant's customer service. Their manager Trish is above and beyond with caring for her customers. She stops by all the tables to ensure everyone is doing good. The food is also above average. The portions are generous and the quality is very good. We had the French Dip and the Philly sandwich and both plates were generous and delicious. If you are in the neighborhood and ready for a meal, I would definitely recommend this Santee location.”
