This is one of my favorite breakfast places. The Avocado Toast is so good , I go to another breakfast place once in awhile but the omelette factory has way better Avocado toast ( in my opinion). We have also had the specials quite a few time and they are excellent too.

This was my first time at the Omelette Factory and it won't be my last. Everything was delicious and hearty. I ordered the Highway 52 Omelette as well as the French Toast. The omelette was cooked well and the hash browns had a nice crispy crunch. The French Toast was equally as well made. The restaurant was clean, organized, and pleasant. My server was Mary, she did an amazing job! I had an overall great experience for breakfast. It's a solid spot to eat a good meal in Santee. Eat up!!!
